11 – Make Hot Chocolate From Scratch

Ingredients:
Whole Milk
Cocoa Powder (we use two kinds)
Sugar
Cinnamon
Vanilla Extract

Pour the milk into the size mug you would like to have. Then pour that into a saucepan. Turn this on low heat and stir constantly – the more air you get into the milk, the better.
When the milk is the desired temperature (whatever that is for you), add about 1 Tablespoon of sugar for ever mugful. Add about 2 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder for every mugful. Add enough Cinnamon to cover the top of the mixture. Add a splash of Vanilla Extract.
Taste the mixture. Add whatever you feel it needs more of.
Enjoy your delightful hot chocolate!
