62 – Plank In A Door Frame

This was about as hard as I thought it would be (all things considered). My sister has done this before and I recruited her for photographic evidence. Apparently, I needed her for more than that. I needed advice on how to get the second leg up. She said the trick is to place your hands lower than you think you have to. It’s easier to get your legs up then. It was a piece of cake after that. (Naturally, I’m determined to keep doing this until my plank is straighter.)
